Type No. 1

Fillers: broken glass, 0 – 1mm
Temperature: -150C – 600CVery easy flowing compound for standard-jobs.
Type No. 2

Temperature: -150C – 600CEasy flowing compound for bad fitting or corroded constructions. The fillers will close gaps between pipe and clamp
Type No. 5

Usage: stuffing-boxes, pressure-seal-valves, screwed connections, re-injections
Fillers: none
Temperature: -150C – 600CThis very thin compound will crawl into smallest gaps.
Type No. 7

Fillers: phenolic-resin fibres and high-temp greases
Temperature: -150C – 600CEasy flowing fibre-armed  compound for small gaps and high temperatures
Type No. S11-PTFE
PTFE-based compound for strong acids and aggressive chemicals.
Usage: Flanges, enclosures and stuffing-boxes
Fillers: Wollastonite fibres, 75
Temperature: -150C – 260C / -148F – 500FThis easy flowing compound even resists nitric acid at high concentration
Type SDVP-02
Hot-Oil and High Temperature Compound
Usage: chiseled flanges, clamps, enclosures (boxes)
Fillers: PH-fibres, Aluminium, broken glass
Temperature : -150C – 800C / 32F – 1472FThis easy flowing compound works excellent on high temperatures and difficult sealing-jobs, i. E. hot-oil, hydrogen-fuel-mixtures, and high-pressure-steam
Type STR III-F
Water – Steam – Air Compound,
Usage: chiseled flanges, clamps, enclosures (boxes)
Fillers: broken glass, 0 – 1mm
Temperature: 0 – 450C / 32F – 842F
This is a multi-purpose compound for the big injection-gun. It is delivered in stick of 30 x 230 mm to enable the technicians to inject a lot of material as quick as possible
Type SC-60
Solvent-Compound
Usage: chiseled flanges, clamps, enclosures (boxes)
Fillers: broken glass, 0 – 1mm
Temperature: 0 – 250C / 32F – 482FThis compound resists aggressive solvents like aldehydes and ketones
Type S-20 food-grade
Food-industry compound
Usage: Flanges, enclosures and stuffing-boxes
Fillers: none
Temperature: 0 – 450C / 32F – 842F
This compound will be delivered with a German and US Standard Certificate for use in contact with food.
Compound and injection gun has to be heated before injection!
Type STR I
Classic Steam and Water Compound

Type STR III

Type SPC-55
Unvulcanized rubbercompound in sheets
Usage: filling enclosures and vulcanize around a model of the leaking pipe in the workshop
Size: 320 x 1000 x 13 mm
Temp: -100C – 260C / -148F – 500FVery easy to use. Reduces the time “on site” to minimum. In most cases you don””””””””t need to inject any more compound
The compounds  No. 1 – 11, STRIII-F and SDVP-02  are all produced under the use of a special solvent, which makes the products very easy to inject – even when the product to be sealed is cold. This solvent evaporates while the material is compressed and the compound sets.
Because of the use of solvent, we chose ring-pull tin-cans with plastic-caps for the storage.
A can contains 10 sticks of about 18 mm diameter and 9 cm length and might be closed again with the cap after opening the ring-pull-cover.
